Replacing the Power Switch

The switch on your Argos is connected via simple spade connectors, making replacement quick and straightforward.

1. Remove the back panel of your machine to expose the power switch housing

  1. Carefully pull the connectors off the old switch

  1. To release the old switch
    • Locate the locking tabs on either side of the switch.
    • Gently press these tabs inward while sliding the switch out of its slot



  1. Install the New Switch by sliding the switch back into place until the locking tabs click securely. Attach the spade connectors to the new switch.

Final Check

  • Ensure the switch is firmly seated and the spade connectors are snug.
  • Reattach the back panel before powering on the machine.
