Issues with App Connectivity to Bluetooth Peripherals
We have received reports from customers that the position and proximity of your mobile device in relation to the Argos, bluetooth scale, and bluetooth transducer, has an effect on bluetooth connectivity reliability.
To reduce the likelihood of signal dropouts, we recommend that you place your mobile device
- on the same surface as the machine
- on the right hand side of it (closest to the bluetooth transducer if you have one)
- ideally within 6 inches on the base
