Steam Wand Leak

First, confirm the location of your leak on the steam wand assembly
Area 1 Fix: Steam Wand O-ring Part #0057
Area 2 Fix:
Area 3 Fix: Replace PTFE Crush Gasket
Area 4 Fix:
- Tighten joint to ensure full compression of PTFE gasket
- Replace PTFE Gasket for Steam wand Nut
Area 5 Fix:
- Tighten joint to ensure full compression against gasket within
- Apply Molykote grease to ball joint to improve seal
- Ensure all components are in the right order
- Email support if ball joint gasket is worn/torn
Area 6 Fix:
You might find that there are drips from the tip of the steam wand over time due to wear of the needle-valve o-ring. It is the red o-ring pictured below.
⚠️ The o-ring wears out prematurely if you fully tighten the steam wand knob each time you use it. For longer o-ring life, stop turning the knob as soon as the steam flow stops—don't tighten it completely.
